| Programme Definition
Employing and training a young person between the ages of 16 and 24 supported by a training organisation and by Government subsidies covering the occupational skills, knowledge and general skills needed to be an effective employee. Typically an Advanced Apprenticeship would have completed an Apprenticeship, have been working for a few years or have left further education.
