| Eligibility
Young people will typically:
- have less than 5 GCSE's
- be aged 16 – 18
- Must have a national insurance number and meet other programme eligibility criteria
Timescales
- Employers can get involved all year round
- The young person’s training programme will normally last an average of 10-22 weeks
Commitments
Employers will need to:
- Meet health & safety requirements
- Have employer liability insurance
- Be ready to take a free H&S tour by our field officer to benefit you organisation and assess work environment for learners
- Give brief monthly feedback on the young person’s progress
- Sign timesheets weekly
- Be eager to take part and nurture young talent
