Entry 2 Employment Programme • Details
Eligibility

Young people will typically:

  • have less than 5 GCSE's
  • be aged 16 – 18
  • Must have a national insurance number and meet other programme eligibility criteria

Timescales

  • Employers can get involved all year round
  • The young person’s training programme will normally last an average of 10-22 weeks

Commitments

Employers will need to:

  • Meet health & safety requirements
  • Have employer liability insurance
  • Be ready to take a free H&S tour by our field officer to benefit you organisation and assess work environment for learners
  • Give brief monthly feedback on the young person’s progress
  • Sign timesheets weekly
  • Be eager to take part and nurture young talent
