Amplicon is a leading provider of Industrial Computer, Data Communications and Measurement & Control solutions, based on the Centenary Industrial Estate in Brighton. Johnny Weaver joined Amplicon a year after leaving school with no formal qualifications. His potential was spotted by Commercial Director, Gina Citroni and Johnny was taken on as a junior storeman. Gina believed that Johnny had a lot more to offer than his educational achievement suggested and together they planned his training. One year later, after much hard work, Johnny had achieved an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 2 , has become a valuable member of the Amplicon team and is being groomed for future promotion. Gina summed up Johnny's achievements saying "We're so pleased with Johnny, he has responded with energy and enthusiasm to the opportunities we have given him and he is an asset to our business".
